    Omg, I eat way more than you.
    I'm losing weight slowly but I like to eat my fill. Had a big burger and fries and it's the middle of the night and I'm hungry. No food till noon tho !

    If no one mentioned it already, after you open your arugula if you add a paper towel to the top and store it flipped over then it will last way longer because it keeps away the moisture. Also I have heard that aerosol spray is bad for air fryers but they sell pump sprays too now so that's what I use with mine. I love how you're not scared of all foods. Eating a whole foods balanced diet is so fulfilling and yummy! That's why I always loved the 21 Day Fix. It makes sure you have a variety of foods from the different food groups every day.

    Its so discouraging for me seeing people eat this way and lose weight, I am extremely short, if I eat this much food I gain weight so fast! Be grateful for your height, people, I gain on 1200 calories.

    A year ago I was at my dream weight of 135lbs i had lost 30lbs total all with this exact eating style and regular exercise but got too excited and started eating unhealthy and stopped working out surprise surprise I gained it all back +10lbs.     Coffee has a negative effect on weight loss in my experience and is bad for your heart..with all the cream, sugar. Green, black or white tea with honey lemon or vegan milk are the way to go

    I like to rub butter all over my potato, season the outside with garlic powder, lemon pepper, onion powder, seasoning salt & Oregano then cook in microwave for like 3 minutes flip over & cook another 3 minutes or so until it's done. Taste so good & faster than oven plus it doesn't heat up house in super hot summer.
