    Haha! “Let me track this damn carrot.” I felt that! 😂 I got on the scale this morning. Haven’t weighed in abt a month. So good news is I haven’t lost BUT I’ve only gained .4 oz🥴😮‍💨Oh well but I haven’t been tracking either so I’m just going to narrow my eating window some more (an hour am & pm), continue eating low carb and see how that goes? Cause I am sick of tracking!!! Seems like I’ve been counting calories for 57 yrs! So yeah at birth I came out counting freakin calories😂 Ima try the brussel, shrimp & sauce meal. I have to look up the sauce recipe. Thx❣️🌻
