Just watched another one of your videos probably from one or two years ago that said you were doing intermittent fasting starting your first meal at 12:00 noon. You have changed that up now? What are the benefits of eating different than intermittent fasting for you? I typically don't eat anything no calories whatsoever until afternoon and I'm kind of lenient on exactly what time but only thing I do have is water and black coffee.
For me I find sometimes when I eat I get tired and I actually have more energy with less food or no food in my body anyways I'm sure it works different for different people thanks for your videos..

Great video so far! I see you're adding this Costco no salt seasoning blend and I've heard other people talk about this at Costco's and my Costco unfortunately never has it. Do you know anywhere else that has a good blend with the big quantity like that?

I love polenta and have actually been thinking about making it for the last few days. This video is like a sign that I really need to make it, haha. Thank you for another great video!

I love polenta! I do it a little bit differently. I start with cold water and stir polenta right in. Then I turn on the heat. I don't stir it all that often so that I can do other things in the kitchen. I add the nooch and the milk at the end. I use the same proportions as you. I add 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of turmeric and some black pepper. The polenta takes on a beautiful golden color. I am going to try the Kirkland seasoning with this.

I make polenta often. I make it without the savory spices and add bananas and apples for a breakfast dish, and then with the Costco seasoning and nooch the way you did for a savory side dish. So much tastes good on a bed of polenta! I bought the Plant You cookbook at Costco and really like it. Have a great day and thanks for your channel!
