I made keto cookies in my RV’s microwave convection oven. They were good. Mine has a rack in the middle though – does yours have one? Might help with the different temperature results 😊

The packs are easy to store as well…they don't take up much room. LOVE tuna. I bet you can make the macaroons in the air fryer although the convection oven should work. That Keto chow flavor is not for me. those burgers though….just they need to be a skinnier burgers for me,

I have an in-the-wall convection/conventional oven and if I use convection it automatically preheats to a temperature that is 25 degrees less than the regular temp. For example, if a recipe calls for 350, it will heat to 325. Convection ovens use circulating air and they brown quicker and crisp things up better. It usually takes less time as well. The macaroons turned out great for the first try!
