Hi. Just found your channel and I agree with your current approach and think it will be helpful. Just noticed that you may want to weigh/measure things like oil and sauces as they are high in calories and it will be more accurate. You may find the half size me you tube channel and podcast useful as Heather talks a lot about cravings. I have found her content incredibly helpful on my own weight loss journey of loosing 60 kg in the last 2 years. Best wishes

I think it's really interesting how each person is so different. I'm so glad you are learning what your body needs. Thanks for sharing your journey. Although I might have a very different experience, it is really helpful to know I'm not the only person struggling to figure out her body without an owner's manual!!

This is really interesting. I struggle with binge eating and I don't think I have many calories for meals. I do like snacking so a 4th small meal or big snack works for me. I'd actually forgotten that so thank you!!

I’ve found protein is definitely the way forward for me in terms of my weight loss. Exercise and activity wise in spot on. I do cleaning 20 hours a week work wise and I come out dripping in sweat. I walk everywhere and now it’s summer I go swimming a few times a week in the sea. I try to have a good protein with every meal so eggs, meat, beans that kinda thing but also a protein yogurt or protein bar. I’m much less likely to binge on chocolate if I have a high protein day.

Interesting Claire! Since you started eating regular breakfast , lunch and dinner (more calories than before) are you seeing a difference on the scales?
And have you stopped eating things like chocolate now?
Well done with all this + exercise! X

Hi Claire . I have a question : you eat meat , cheese , yogurt etc , so why drink those proteins ? How much is too much protein for someone like you who isn't a sports high competitor ? I am very cautious with what I eat so I can't help being curious about other people's intakes . If you don't like my question , no problem , I can understand .
