How can you forget the main tasty part of the recipe pepperoncini peppers!!!
I totally agree with Bobby Digital, you left out one of main ingredients . The pepperoncini peppers. You added 2 cups of water that was not part of the recipe either. I guess I am a stickler for the recipe because I live in Mississippi and about 5 miles from the lady that developed this recipe. Its not Mississippi Pot Roast if you don't follow the recipe, its YOUR pot roast!! Not that there is anything wrong with that! Just call it Teasers Pleasers Pot Roast.
You forgot the pepperoncini peppers, one of the most important ingredients.
