    I like that calendar on your fridge as well. What a brilliant way to organize the week, not to mention the contents of the fridge. I'm a little guilty of having something push to the back and then discovering it after it's turned.

    Just made a batch of millet today! Can’t wait to try that cake like breakfast! Thank you for taking the time to post videos and Instagram reels so often. It’s been so helpful and I have completely transitioned to this way of eating. Love the meal prepping so I’m not eating junk when I get hungry. This is a very easy way to eat everyday!
