    I always love these videos Mel! Even more so, because in the last week, my sister in law was diagnosed as allergic to both gluten, dairy and also eggs, so her diet is going to be very different now. Unfortunately, she lives in an area that doesn't have a lot of GF items in the grocery store. I love that you weighed your pasta too! I already suggested a lot of lean proteins, plus stir fries with rice, fun to see that, the zucchini ribbons looked so good!!     Your beef ragu with gluten free pasta and mozzarella and your chicken fried rice look tasty. I did Weight Watchers in the past (nowadays I mostly eat healthily when I can) and I still have some of their recipe books, so I might give some of their recipes another go.
