    I rarely eat oatmeal because it makes me hungrier than if I skipped breakfast. I've tried adding extra protein to it, but then I don't like it as much, go figure. I made egg salad yesterday for breakfast (on toast) and I added 1/4 c cottage cheese to it and that kept me full for about 6 hours and I couldn't even tell the cottage cheese was mixed in there! My usual mornings though have been 1/4 c cottage cheese (I use the 2% Daisy or Good Culture), 3/4 c nonfat plain Greek yog (my fave lately is the Kroger one, surprisingly), a packet of Splenda, either a small banana or a few berries, 10 g toasted slivered almonds, and 7 g basil seeds. Sometimes I'll drizzle the tiniest bit of Wholesome Yum Keto Honey on there. When the weather cools down, I'll probably go back to doing eggs. The fireworks might be coming from Indian reservations in Oregon. Your drive to work was so tranquil….small town USA! Mine is 100% full on bumper to bumper city traffic 24/7. I hate it here. 🤪

    Try natural peanut butter, oats, chocolate protein powder/chocolate collagen… it makes yummy home made granola. I put it in my triple zero yogurt. Very filling❣️
