Very cool. I am getting mine out tonight or tomorrow. I will have to do a cast iron video. Maybe I will have to do a couple, and make one of them an elvis special and shout you out in it. And then do 1 more. I rarely use it. They are fantastic cooking ware for sure. Old school and just the best way to cook a steak for sure. I love woks also. I have a wok. And I have cookex lots of fried rice and different wok items at a golden corral I worked at. And I love how genuine the recipes are. Thanks for the inspiration to get it out.
