Good overview. I now take one cup of bonebroth and add 750 ml of hot water and make my a.m. TEA (HA)…i add one tablespoon of nutritional yeast in the first cup to aid my morning medications. Have used this method for over a month with positive results. Bottom line … as long as we are below the 20 carb regime daily we will loose weight and the bone broth is only 1 carb depending on the flavour. Too many people have turned Keto into a do or die religion of "you must follow these rules or consider your self a failure!" Nonsence! At 20 carbs a day or less and keep away from refined carbs and YOU will win. Dr Jason Fung and Becky Gillaspy are on the same page and both have quality (short) videos …. 🙂 Thanks to Dr. Gillaspy … we love you.

Thank you for this video Dr. Becky! Super, super informative. Fasting is something my clients all use and they love it (and see incredible results). Innerfuel prebiotic is another great supplement that keeps you full while fasting!

Another great upload, Doc. Definitely helps the inexperienced "fasters"

Sweetness addiction is very real. I have found that I don’t crave sweets anymore and now I actually enjoy the flavor of vegetables and meats like Braunschweiger now that I am fat adapted☺️

Thanks for another very informative video. I think you out did yourself this time. I’m doing great with time restricted eating (as long as I keep my carbs down and protein and fat intake up) Probably going to work a weekly fast into my routine. After this video I’m running out of excuses not give it a try. I resistance train and hike ( I’m 66) but I’m sure I could eat breakfast exercise then fast until next morning then exercise again as scheduled. Any advice would be appreciated.
