If you were to use only turmeric and masala instead of the curry powder and heavy cream instead of the slurry you made, you'd literally have butter chicken, which is AWESOME. 😋 Always loved seeing Rafael get excited for curry chicken!
Yum! I make curry with a cashew cream base. Super simple, just blend raw cashews with some hot water. Thickens up on it’s own when added to a warm pan. Stir in the spices you prefer and chicken/veggies.

I know I keep saying it but I LOVE chicken curry and never tried it till I saw your video when you fixed a keto-friendly version in Israel. You made this one a little different.
