Dear Mel, just another question about the "tangzhong" which you made in the pan on the stovetop – because I couldn't see that you've added it into the dough?? Did I miss something – what it is for??

Rainy and cold greetings from Germany,

Watching the repeat. Oh! I got a mention! And I got a chance to see the rolling pin and rings. Thank you very much.

Rolling pin rings really do help. I have one on each side. Thank you very much Mel for the shout out

So happy to see you both so happy. And I’m braving a lot of commercials. They sure are adding a lot of commercials to your live.

Who is from Los Angeles? Not far for me at all. I’m just above the Valleys

    Thanks for a fun live

Oh my, the ultimate keto pizza dough finally. Just going to adapt that to 100% CK chicken so I can add extra carbs to the toppings and try not need to join Chris OEA (Over Eating Anonymous) support group – but I’m weak. See you at next meeting Chris 😂

Really want to make this pizza dough but I am unsure of actual recipe… understand you used ½ CK flour w chicken pwd blend and ½ almond flour blend, but for the milk listed under the dough is it cream w water blend or the cooked on the stove w butter liquid? Thank you so very much for clarification as I don't do Facebook. Learn so much from you two! 🙏🤗
