I have a ton of pumpkin puree that I just made! This is perfect. I don't have any bell pepper or cumin, but I can definitely change it up and throw in what I do have! I know what I'm making today!!!

Fall greetings from Montana!! I have been a long time fan and always watch your videos. I pre ordered your book back in May and got it a couple weeks ago, yay! My kiddos and hubby really enjoyed this recipe! Love it!! I did want to let ya know that in the video you say 1 cup pumpkin and the recipe on your website says 2 cups. I always put the 2 cups and it comes out perfect!!!

I tried this recipe tonight and flippin loved it. I did have to add a tad more seasoning but it was great. And it was great for my meat loving roommates and husband because I was able to make me a bowl of chili and the add ground beef to the pot for them

I've always been curious about chili powder. I have NEVER had a chili powder that was "spicy". The chili powder I've always purchased (usually McCormick, but sometimes I use other brands, but they don't taste as good) has never had even a hint of heat to it. Yet very often in recipes people mention to lessen the chili powder if you don't like it "spicy", so I always go "huh"? I'm wondering if chili powder is also cayenne? Do some places use "cayenne" and "chili powder" interchangeably? Where are people getting chili powder with heat? I'm so confused.
