Keto Egg White Protein Buttermilk Bread v2.0

    Pre-heat Oven 325 Degrees F

    Servings 16 Slices

    Ingredients:

    1 and 1/2 Cup water

120 G Egg White Protein Powder

1/2 tsp Redmond Real Salt or Pink Himalayan

    1 tsp Cream of Tartar

6g Egg Yolk Powder (Eggylicious Brand)

6g Butter Powder (Anthony’s Premium Buter Powder Brand)

    9g Buttermilk Powder (Judee’s Brand)

    1 tbsp Beef Gelatin

1 to 2 tsp Nutritional Yeast

    1 TBSP Allulose

    Directions:

Add water first, then add the gelatin, salt, allulose, cream of tartar and egg white protein powder to the mixing bowl and beat in high until you have stiff peaks about 7 to 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl add in the egg yolk powder, butter powder, buttermilk powder, and nutritional yeast then mix well and set aside.

Once you have stiff peaks turn the mixer on to low setting then add the rest of the dry ingredients slowly then blend until incorporated. Do not over beat

Add dough to a parchment lined or silicon bread pan and cook at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

    Remove the bread from oven.

Remove the bread from the pan by lifting the parchment paper with the bread loaf and onto a cooling rack.

You might need to allow the bread to rest and cool down if you used a silicon or nonstick pan for about 10 minutes then remove the bread carefully and onto a cooling rack.

    Macros Per Slice: 53 calories/ 3g Carbs/ 1g Fat/ 8g Protein

You can replace the egg powder and butter powder with 1 whole egg yolk and 1 tbsp melted cooled butter added in at the very end

Hi Wendy and Harry. Can you make a stuffing recipe with this bread? For Thanksgiving? I’m waiting for you, the genius in the kitchen. I would never be able to figure out how. I make this bread weekly, by the way. Delicious, is usually gone in 3-4 days ❤

I’m wondering which brand of egg protein you are using these days? I had to switch brands because of availability and it is failing me miserably! Everything is the same in my recipe except for the egg protein 😢 Thank you and I’m so glad to see the return of these creative recipes from you!! 😊

Hi Wendy, thanks for all you do!! I was wondering if you could make some mayo using the Acekool Blender? Both times I've tried, I've blown a fuse or circuit breaker. It's very possible that it's the section 8 apartment that I live in but it would mean so much to me if you would try it too. Thanks!!

Oh man tried making the bread 🍞 for the first time and it went flat 🥺 wasn't as high as your Wendy. My mixer only had a 6-speed. I did exactly as you did in your video. Don't know what I did wrong 😕

Looks so good! Did you ever think of trying it with yeast? Indigo Nili and Keto Upgrade have been making bread with yeast. I tried it. It didn’t work well! I am sticking to you, Wendy!

it looks outrageously delish, Wendy! Sadly, I find it expensive and difficult to get egg white protein powder, but if I get some, I sure know where to find an awesome recipe. TY for posting, hun!

I really really appreciate Harry interjecting each time you put something in the egg whites when he says you're putting it then because it is not a fat. I have been watching a lot of your videos where you make bread and I have not made any yet I want to have the visual experience before I attempt to do it and I appreciate the details because the details help with accuracy which will help with success so thank you Harry for helping Wendy actually you're helping me by narrating while Wendy works. Thank you my friends.
