    Correction: Jaggery is worse than sugar. It shoots blood sugar levels (insulin) more than refined sugar and it destroys weightloss diet. People look up to you for health related recipies and tips. Please research before giving any info. Sugar is 65 on Glycemic Index and Jaggery is 84. The more Glycemic Index (GI), that likely it is to shoot your insulin.
