    A good vegan add is nutritional yeast. Gives a good cheesy flavor and it’s also great if your mixture is too watery because it will help thicken the sauce just a bit. Makes it very hearty.

    I have no need to be gluten free but I love red lentil pasta. Mostly because the higher protien makes for better macro balance, but it's also nice to switch it up. Plus it's really easy to get wheat carbs in an American diet. Might as well let some other sources rotate in.

    When I was growing up, baked ziti was all about ground meat, sauce, and pasta. As I got older (and poorer) vegetables became the Star of the dish. Now my baked ziti/penne is a comfortable balance of the two. Thank you so much for a Delish recipe…and I love your corny jokes, still

    I don’t know why, but this video was a drag and totally different from how I’ve seen it shot before. I had to fast forward to even see the food and the camera angles just looked out place. I wanted to see the food close up and not the fake kitchen. Time for me to unsubscribe
