RANDY, you just went to the top of my list in " men", after what you said about Amanda being the strongest woman you know. I am coming to The Grove. I ALSO suffer ( and have done, for 15 years) from multiple Degenerative autoimmune diseases. Currently, I'm waiting for 3 back surgeries. I'm DESPERATE to open the little " CAFE" I mentioned in a comment. It's a dream which can only become a reality if my back surgery is successful. Right NOW, I can walk around 12steps. I BELIEVE I'm strong ( because I endure this, every second of every day). Not many people see ME as being strong, even though I worked, until the day I dropped. I drove myself to the ER, and had a Pulmonary Embolism and Sepsis in my Gallbladder. As women, we tend to fight through things.Im fighting through divorce and moving 1,000 miles from my old life. THAT , to me, is strength. You are so right about Amanda ( and so many other women, who show strength, in different ways)

I would love to hear more zoning/ordinance things behind the scenes. As far as changing ordinances and such, I reccomend looking into how the getaway house folks did it. You can find some of their proposals online.
I love the two of you together! Amanda you are hilarious and ask the best questions and Randy your enthusiasm and quest to provide tiny homes is infectious. Each of you by yourself are one in a million but together you are phenomenal !!!!!!

I live in a town of about 11,000. Walnut Valley National Guitar Flat-Picking Championships Festival starts Sept 14th for 5 days. The town population will double. I sure wish I had a model tiny home to showcase. Maybe next year!

The town I live in really only wants mega money people living in it. But there are some people who do care about the elderly and low income families. The cost to hook up to the sewer system is crazy. It's sad really ๐ฅ
