Tip for tomatoes in the IP, to prevent burning, is to mix everything else together first then gently pour tomatoes (paste, diced, puréed etc) on top. Hope this helps!! Love your videos 🥰

OMGOSH! I never thought to sauté onions & garlic for multiple recipes at one time then separating them – GENIUS! Absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much for that tip

Loved your video as always Courtney 🥰🥰. I’m going to make your soup and share it with my brother. I also tried cooking a cup of dry kidney beans in my rice cooker. They came out like your refried beans 🫘👍. Thankyou for sharing 🙏🙏❣️❣️❣️

Thanks for sharing a great food prep! You accomplished a lot in the amount of time you had! I also meal prep each week. I listen to podcasts to help make the time pass quickly. The hardest part for me is all the dirty dishes, but I'm very lucky to have a hubbie who takes care of the clean up! Thanks for the recipes!

Fabulous meal prep Courtney! 🤗We eat a lot of the same things you and I but I only prep for one. I usually do about 3 or 4 days at a time. Even though I work from home I like that I don't have to think about what I'm going to make for my meals and it does save a ton of time and no decision fatigue which is a double bonus.🥰 That being said some folks don't like eating the same thing every day for a few days but I don't mind. I've been into cabbage lately too!LOL

I started sprouting this year. I love it so much! Toasted whole-wheat sandwich with cucumbers and sprouts (piled high) is my favourite thing! 😊 And mung beans on my salad. 😋

May I ask how long you have been maintaining your 100+ weight loss? I just wonder how the heck you keep on the whole food path when there are so many more vegan Junk Food options that seem innocent but deadly. A bag of chips and cookies here and there lead me to a 50# weight gain. It scares me.

Good afternoon ( when it comes in Canada because it's afternoon in the UK). Another fantastic weekly food prep video from Courtney and yummy 😋 recipes. I am considering opening a online only account with Costco because certain foods in the UK are sold in small jar's in the supermarket's but they run out too quickly because I use them regularly and they are sold in bulk in Costco but because the nearest branch of Costco isn't local to me online is the only option and I don't qualify for other types of Costco membership. Love 🥰 your video and love 💞 Courtney & 👪.
