Your chicken idea sounds good in theory but IDK practice. From what I understand. Spatchcock works because those parts that need more cooking are more n the bottom and creating juice. They cook quicker because there’s no cavity circulating empty. If it was me, I would just cook them in batches and possibly just reheat right before meal time. If you stand them up, you might also lose that gorgeous crispy skin.

It's going to be a wonderful day for you, your family and friends. Everything sounds delicious and I can't wait to hear how much love flows through your house on the day. Good luck with the chicken! 😍

πŸ’— I know you mentioned you might be using your outside grill to do the ham (??) in a previous video. Maybe a few of the chickens could go in there – you’d just have to watch they don’t catch on the racks on the outdoor grill. Sounds like a tasty feast! I look forward to photos of your shared meal. Thanks😊

I came to say that if you bought all three of those turkeys for your household that is your choice. Since you got such a great deal, you could choose to use it in place of chicken. However, it is nice that you are passing the blessing on to someone. It still amazes me how many comments and opinions people share about groceries that you buy with your money. Help me understand it.

Soak you some skewers or use toothpicks maybe to hold together to each other some so they may not fall.. ? Just an idea, or metal skewers if you have any.. But I'm sure you will figure it out some how. Thanks so much for sharing. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family and friends. God bless you all.

Shekima I just love you 😍 God has placed you on YouTube to share information with others. Thankyou for having the ear to hear. You have inspired me more than you know. I was out and about yesterday buying fast food and felt bad for buying it. I asked myself what would Shekima do? πŸ˜‚ πŸ€” probably eat at home πŸ˜‚

I had to remind myself you didn’t start at the point that you are in so I shouldn’t expect to be disciplined all of a sudden but the goal and the actions should be there.

I can relate to you in so many ways. I’m a educator, I use to extreme coupon and stopped years ago, I’m the daughter of a pastor….so what I’m saying is I should be living my best life and God is not pleased that I’m not.

Thankyou again for all your encouragement and influence!

I love your spirit and how you show your hospitality. There is a great feeling when you can make others feel special and I am sure your family and friends felt the love❀. I also make pretzels and use the same method your son did they are so good.
I am not sure how the chicken would cook like that, you would probably be better in my opinion to leave them whole and you can get more in the roasting pan and then cook and cut up after.
