I am facing the problem that my weight haven’t move down for 5 months .. I tried egg fast also didn’t work for me .. now I think like you I will make this to become my life style rather than weight-loss priority.

I didn’t weigh myself for all of September. It’s important to take breaks from weighing. I skipped a weigh in today because hey it’s about focusing on the process. It’s about focusing on prepping those meals & doing the mental work! I promise you progress photos are more than enough! You got this ❤️❤️❤️

Comfort does not bring change. This was a great video. I've been trying to track more, it does get to me at times, but I gotta keep going. I';ve stepped away from the scale because it really messes with my mood. Wishing you a happy holiday season

Hi Stephy ,you are the bravest most courageous women I know. You will never give up the struggle and neither will any of us. I have total belief that you will succeed and feel inspired by every video you make. It's great to give you (and your severely stood on scales) a rest. You are not a weight you are a great person. The weight you've lost is already amazing. You look great and if I had a magic wand I'd wave it and cure your back immediately. You inspired me to go to church this week and think about God. By the way I'm lazy too. But sitting on the settee instead of dashing about sometimes gives you time to think about important things, so I'm not too worried by it. Great video thank you

You are my inspiration, I have lost 60 pounds in 20 weeks! I love your egg fast videos they made doing it myself bearable. I’m 50 and have had my gall bladder removed along with a hysterectomy, I started keto and IF July 2, 2021, I weighed 300 pounds, My doctors said Weightloss was going to be difficult without having a gallbladder and hormones, but here I am…at 239.6 as of this morning. Your videos are so real and inspirational to me and my other family members who are giving IF and Keto a try. Thank you for these videos, you are saving lives❤️

Give yourself grace and keep doing what you’re doing! You have already showed your strength and will by losing weight you can and will move forward. Even if it just means maintenance for a bit! Much love, thoughts, and prayers going out ❤️

Another great video my friend you have been an inspiration to so many. You have helped me to lose weight and give me the strength to achieve my goals! Life is about the journey. When my wife was on steroids to build up muscle, she had gained a ton of weight and hated it. Hang in their girl. Hope you and your family have a great safe Thanksgiving.

Stephy, Since you have acute/chronic pain I suspect your serum cortisol levels are extremely high because of the inflammation (rather than the injection itself). It is the natural way of helping you heal. Hopefully physical therapy will help your back and your cortisol levels will drop. It is really, really difficult to lose weight when inflammation is present. I hope staying off the scale becomes easier as the days go by. Look for the non-scale victories. Take care.

Glad to hear that your back is getting better. I've had a " fall off the wagon" moment that has since developed into a resolution to get back on next Monday. I'm doing Thanksgiving at our house this year. It's been a mess.
Even with my lassifaire weight mindset lately, your update videos have been keeping it in my mind.
Sounds like being number obsessed is depressing you.
Jes just asked how long it's been since we've seen each other. 20yrs is too long. Winter is a pain but plan for spring?
