I’m jotting down all the points! Hell yes I wanna lose weight but I also wanna enjoy company and socialising! So definitely will apply those tips next time! Wasn’t at the best state of mind last month and for the first time ever I fall off wagon for 16 days. Usually my cheat days will only be 2-5days max and I gained more more than 15lbs! Its crazy & I dont want to repeat that. Did egg fast on the first week back to wagon after watching yours and managed to lose about 13 lbs and now doing clean keto challenge with my keto buddies to stop any triggering sense or food. No nuts, dairy & sweetener at all. After a week I’ve lost 2lbs and so happy with this. I’m 17lbs from my goal weight and I’ll loosen up during maintenance later. Thanks for always sharing you ideas, experiences and journey. Love to see both of you having fun the other day! Take care xx

Im on Day 4 of my Egg Fast and am 5 lbs down. I almost quit until I found your video suggesting to try the Snickerdoodle Crepes. That recipe alone bought me a few more days on this fast lol. Thanks girl! 😊

I think that's a great tip about keeping the fat low. I think I do that without thinking about it, but excellent tip (and an additional reason to plan for sure).

Oh my gosh the scene at 4:14 melted my heart ❤️! It’s okay, we can’t be on point all the time! I like that you go in and out of keto I feel like it makes it easier. Balance is everything on this journey. It has be more than just weight loss to make it sustainable. It’s about personal development as well! You will definitely overcome this addiction! 😄
