    Week 134 conquer! Eight pounds for the month are fantastic my friend. I gave up OMAD for now with the new job. I have issues going on with the feet dry and cracked feet and bad bone spurs.     You know you’ve come a long way when you have the guts to do a YT video in a sports bra! Haha! 😂Great job! If you’re 5’8 that’s pretty tall so what weight are you looking to get to? Seems like you should be around goal weight at 217/5’8”. For me, if I could make it down to 198 I’d be happy. I was 175 in high school so we need to be realistic in what we weigh as older women who’ve had kids, ya know?

If I had to choose I'd say the first one was the nicest. I don't work out so don't need any. Most of my exercise is working around the house or walking the dog. Thanks for all that you do.
