Did you hear AZURE STANDARD headquarters in Oregon BURNT from a "fire"? I was hesitant to believe the news of all of our food suppliers burning and exploding puntil I actually looked into it and THEN I'm looking into ordering from them and I see the news on AZURE

I’m hoping to get my husband on board. He thinks I’m just creating extra work for myself and him because I want to grow food for our family. My philosophy is yes, it’s work, but it’s worth not being so attached to the system.

Thank You – Carolyn!!!Super great. Video as always!!
Question – I was watching your Elderberry syrup recipe and noticed your lovely pourable home honey. I searched your videos but couldn’t find if you ever covered how to keep all the nutrition and still have pourable honey? I put mine in a jar on a trivet in a pot of water covered and simmer – but I worry I’m removing a lot of the honey health goodies… do you have a video on this?

My neighbor has a pit bull who I've seen actually trying to eat a piece of firewood. That hound is so ugly and mean, I get scared when I see him anywhere near my neighbor's children. Just this morning he was barking at some balloons left over from somebody's baby shower that drifted into the yard.- and if I'm not mistaken, I think he tried to eat them. Unfortunately, my neighbors have him on a high protein KETO diet to supplement his habit of eating wood – along with some special probiotics they buy at PetSmart whose commercials show people dancing around in the aisles, singing "I'd Do Anything For You."

There's something very heartwarming about being excited for good, natural soil. It's that sense of being connected to earth, life, and cycle. Something that so many people have lost touch with. Keep on keeping!
