Ria this is a wonderful and delicious meal. Good boneless lamb is expensive when you can get it. Don't worry about knocking pot with spoon. I always say that is tradition. No shame in that. The neighbors always know when I'm cooking, the amount of noise I will make 🤣🤣🤣🤣 have a blessed day.

That looks like a wonderful recipe very original and looks very delicious I'm going to try it with steam fish tomorrow I have been watching you for years I have to tell you your voice is so soothing and lovely I live in Canada I find it very hard to source pimento and when you do find it is not the same flavor as Trinidad I found a company out of Trinidad that sells freeze dried produce the pimento is the bomb. Love this! …but would use shoulder meat. Lamb loin chops are best not stewed …delicious medium rare. Shoulder chops are stewed …tough cut.
