Marissa….I love your videos so much. I've been meaning to ask you about your mortgage. You paybover $2000 for your mortgage..yet the balance only decreased by $664. I'm so confused. How does that work? Can you do a video on your mortgage breakdown, interest rate and so forth. Because seeing this has me scared now to take out a mortgage. Is the interest rate and extra fees really that high?

You guys are super controlled – with a huge family and social life it’s merely impossible to stay in budget – good is costing 2k a month – gift budget keeps increasing as extended family gets bigger and Texas forces you to drive …. Gas is killing our budget in upstate NY. We are at $180-$200 per week in daily driving (drop off and pick up at preschool, summer school and camps plus any sports games locally). We were paying $80/wk previously.

How do you track your expenses? I like to keep track but find it onerous to analyse out all of the expenses for the month. I've got an app to input the info but still put it off!
I have also been feeling the unrealized losses lately. I’m 26 and have been treading water at the same position; 100,000 away from hitting the 1M net worth mark. Looks like it won’t be until after I turn 27 now though.
I'd really like if in the hospital bill video you can compare line items for baby no 1 and 2.
