Cheese melts when heated. How come the paneer doesn't melt? Watching this video I thought to myself "isn't paneer a cheese?" So I rewatched your paneer video to make sure. Ok. My memory is fine but the paneer didn't melt. Now I'm thinking (catching on) how handy to be able to add yummy cheese to a dish and then heat it and still have those cheesy cubes and not a cheesy sauce. Or am I having an Oldtimers moment? LOL
