I am having same problem with my greens 🤔
It is spicy! Lol… I honestly did not expect it to be spicy because usually when things say spicy they aren't even that spicy to me. I love spicy food. Hidden Valley was not playing when they said spicy. 😂
You should get a wavy knife from Amazon to cut carrots like the chips you got. Then you don't have to buy separate bags.😊

I have been having the same issue with spring mix going bad too soon and before the sell by date. SO frustrating. I just found out about the plant based Hidden Valley Ranch dressing yesterday so I am excited to find it and buy it and it’s good to know you are a fan of it. The Kind frozen bars are now on my wish list too!
Tip from Whole Foods:
As soon as you get home, take the greens out of the package, wipe the moisture from package, then line the package with paper towel. Put 1/2 the greens back in the package, then layer another paper towel. Add the rest of the greens then cover with 1 more paper towel and put back top of container. Refrigerate. This will extend life of greens for 1 week or more. Paper towels can often be reused. You can use this tip with other veggies that tend to go bad quickly. Always choose containers of greens that don't have a lot of moisture to begin with.

Love your hauls and quick trick on soaking beans overnight. Try putting 1 heaping teaspoon of baking soda with then in the water and disk overnight. Then rinse before cooking. Something about the baking soda makes them become softer and creamy😊

I haven't seen the spicy ranch flavor dressing, you definitely need to let us know what you think of it. I currently have the regular type. Its the best vegan ranch I can find. I really use to love the JUST brand I guess they gave up on it to focus on the egg products
