    Homemade pumpkin seed milk is my favorite. Quarter cup of pumpkin seed to a cup of water with maybe a date thrown in. I don't even I don't even use a filter I just Blended in a strong blender and drink it.

    That pleasure trap stuff makes souch sense to me. I quite desserts (with sugars or sugar substitutes) about 10 months ago. The first say 6 months were hard. Then one day I realized it wasn't hard any more. As for safe environment, no desserts in the house and my husband know if he wants a donut I need to eat and be full before he gets that donut.
