Why call it purée if you didn’t purée the chicken?
Ugh 2 more days. My program didn’t have purée stage. Just soft food for 4 weeks. Thursday can’t come fast enough. Looks good thanks 😊

I can't wait to make this ricotta bake with chicken. However, I can't have vegetables except for beans including marina sauce until the 2 or third month. And the dietician said no added salt and I have to use sodium free seasoning. But when the time comes I will definitely make all this this! I guess I could make ricotta bake with cheese Italian seasoning and meat.
I might have to try these recipes! I go on puree stage next Tuesday and I’m just looking up some different stuff to do. I just ordered those bowls you used.
So how many bites would you say this is? I'm so confused about how much is too much per meal for us? I'm also on puree stage as of this Tuesday and just don't want to over eat
