Doh I thought you would show how to cook it! I mean most of the video is about ingredients, I'm old with that bit lol but when it comes to how long to brown, what to do whilst browning, do you pressure cook a bit? That's important stuffs too ya know. But thanks 🙂

I just wanted to say thank you! I just got my IP and this was my first recipe. It came out great! I added a cornstarch slurry at the end because I like a thick gravy. My IP doesn't have a "Manual" button but it has a "Pressure Cook" button so I figured that was the right one. Also, my Saute button has 3 settings: low, normal and high. I started it on high and it was too much so I lowered it to normal. Anyway, great video! Next time I will try adding mushrooms 🙂

I'm glad I stumbled on this video. I love my pressure cooker. Mine is a Bella but it's just as good. I'll try this as my next meal. My favorite pressure cooker meal so far is gumbo.

Looks delicious Stephanie! I'm curious about the Gravy Master. I have only tried Kitchen Bouquet..(I use it mainly for color of my gravy) is Gravy Master the same type of thing as Kitchen Bouquet?
