Great haul ♥️ I love how you always do your meal plan after your grocery hauls and you talk about what your making and ideas to go with it always gives me ideas of what to try to switch up what I always make. I hope you and your family have a Happy New Year.

Go figure I was asked to get (whole berry) cranberry sauce late on Christmas day. Guess what's apparently the hot ticket item or manufacturing/transportation problem item…bingo! And of course the fresh berries are now gone from the produce section so I can't even make it & can it.

5 Krogers, 3 Walmarts, 2 Targets, 1 Albertsons, 1 dollar tree (I had business passing by stores like house sitting for friends, I didn't go store to store just for the cranberry sauce).

Jellied cranberry sauce is unacceptable but I could find that at most stores.

I'm currently debating what to cook for my third year running of a new year's resolution – try 52 new recipes. (Smaller household = lots of leftovers so I try to make it reasonable to achieve.) Currently thinking a tarragon crusted chicken breast and a roasted potato recipe for recipes 1 & 2, so I need a green veg to go with it. Maybe work on eat out the freezer with some frozen peas?

Kiera???! Why are wings so hard to find? Everytime I'm in a store looking for them I think of you lol. But seriously I need my wings and this shortage or whatever is happening does not work for me. Hope you have a wonderful and safe trip to your parents!

We had lots of leftovers, too. When I was young, because Saturday was grocery day at my aunts, she would take all the leftovers out for Friday’s meal and call it “dab-a-do day.”…a dab of this and a dab of that. I enjoy your channel and look forward to your 2022 hauls and menus. Have a Happy New Year!

Time definitely does fly the older I get the quicker it goes. I got to have lunch with my sisters and niece and her family today we haven’t been together for 6 months it was great. We are now back to a stay at home order, this new variant is out of control. Stay safe have a safe journey, sending love to you and your family in Texas and Long Island xx
