    Looks so yum, & quite easy. In ur opinion, would the wine flavor be too strong for younger kids; if so, any suggestions to maintain integrity of dish while adjusting for their palate? We would eat this dish with either mashed or boiled potatoes.

    This goulash looks fantastic!
    I agree with you that key to a great goulash is lots of onions. Actually, I like to use the same weight of onions as the meat. Also, I like to use Korean gochujang fermented red pepper sauce, which adds some nice umami flavor.
