Hey Manders, been a follower for years now. You inspired me to start counting macros, join a CrossFit gym and now to start my own YouTube channel. Hoping maybe you'd check it out and maybe I can inspire you in return somehow 🤷 thanks for everything and for being my "friend" that I've never really met! LMAO

My grandmother makes the best rice pudding, her mom when she grew up in England would make it. Its a tedious because you have to stay in the kitchen and stir it so it doesn't burn. That does look such a different recipe but so good with the coconut cream! If you want to try my 80 yo gm lmk I'll get the recipe. You couldn't eat its made with whole milk! 😉 BUT ITS SOOOO GOOD! And its amazing warm!

Okay so that looks amazing! I've never had rice pudding before, but I might have to try this! I'm tempted to add the cinnamon into the pot before cooking so that the flavor incorporates into the whole batch

I got my instant pot last Christmas and I was also overwhelmed at first but after cooking on it for about six months I found that I absolutely loved it! It is wonderful for soups and spaghetti
