I love this recipe because it is so good on top of Jasmine rice or Banh Mi(Vietnamese sandwich) and also I can make with pork, it works perfectly as well!

Made this about a year ago. My guests are STILL talking about it. Really delicious recipe. (But you don't 'de-bone'' meat. You just 'bone' it. Paradoxically, that means you're removing the bone. But it's not de-boning, it's just 'boning'.)

Thanks for sharing! I made this and it was so good and easy! Next time I would control the sugar level of the sauce to taste since it could have been a little less sweet (though I love sweet food!)
