Cheese topping: 1 cup shredded mozzarella 1 1/2 cups ricotta 1/3 cup grated parmesan
Sauté onions and garlic in instant pot. Add ground meat, salt, and pepper and sauté until brown. Add broth, canned tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, basil, red pepper flakes, mozzarella, and heavy cream. Stir, put crock pot lid on and cook on slow cooker setting for 4 hours. After 4 hours, add lasagna noodles and place pressure cooking lid on. Cook on soup setting for 5 minutes. Release pressure when done, spoon into bowl, add cheese mixture, and enjoy!
