Kim!!! I’ve been eating ong cai/ ong choi my whole life and didn’t know you could eat it raw until now! In mandarin we also call it kong xin cai which means “hollow vegetable” or more literally “empty heart vegetable” 😊

In here in Philippines its called kangkong and i like it stir fried with garlic. We usually eat in Pho Hoa and I love to order Pho Chin Nam Gan. Super perfect with basil.
