I am a career chef at professional level, catering cook-chill meals and fresh meals for over 500 bed hospital and 2000 staff, yet, I was stumped when it came to boiling potatoes at home in a simple pressure cooker. For the amount of potatoes we cook in sophisticated industrial steamers, this may sound unbelievable, as I hardly get to cook at home. 2-whistles and 3 minutes simmering worked perfect, lol
