    Looks fantastic. Love your channel. Buddha’s delight is one of my favourite dishes at a local Chinese restaurant but I’ve been wanting to have a go at cooking something similar myself. Your recipe looks perfect for my first attempt at it. Could cabbage leaves be used instead of lettuce? Thought cabbage leaves might hold up better after 30 minutes of cooking? Thanks.
