Ok, your kitchen didn't blow up so I am going to try to make the caramel in my IP. That snack you make with the chocolate and pretzels looks like something my grandchildren would like, so it is on my list too. I loved that you showed the burned cupcakes. Most people would have just not shown us that they make mistakes. I had to smile, the burning is something I would do.

I always just bring the tins to a boil with water over the tins then leave them simmering for 2 hours. You get perfect caramel. Just always keep them covered with water.

You are so right with getting the groceries once a week! I do that now, keeping my budget of $75.00 a week and by doing this I stick to my budget! I also buy my meat in bulk so it doesn’t include that. With my once a month shopping, I kept running to the store for my dairy and fresh fruit and veggies so I ended up spending more than my 75.00 a week total. Love your videos!
