    It looked so scrumptious I had to give it a try….I personally used cashews instead of almonds and as I did not have yeast, I decided to use sundried tomatoes and a pinch of sweet paprika to convey that punchy flavor. It was amazing! Thanks for sharing the recipe

    Love these … I find that mac and cheeze made with cashews is always a disappointment as the cashew cream does not stay creamy and the dish ends up like baked scrambled eggs with mac!

    Thank you so much for making them with cheesy ingredients instead of non dairy cheese,for someone who lives in a place where there are little to no vegans it's hard to find,I find so many recipes saing, vegan Mac n cheese,add 2 cups of dairy free cheese and oat milk,add onion,and that's it!I can't make anyone of those,so thanks
