    Btw, can one mix c.milk and paste intially and cook the mixture to leave fat? (Instead of thickening c.milk first n then add the paste n then cook again…)

    I made this it was too good . No oil used so healthy. I dint have galangal so i used our ginger . Dint use raw turmeric. Still it came out so well. Used home made coconut milk . It's a great keto recipe too. And used lemons from my tree and lemon leaves. Thank you so much 😊😊😊

    The concept of Thai curry is fresh ingrediant coconut based curry. The green smell of Broccoli will overpower the herb's aromatics.
