Great show, thanks!!!! I look forward to making this. I have absolutely no clue what cauliflower rice is and I'm pretty sure I'm never going to use it but I'm sure I can sub for what I want there.

I'm sorry, but this is not "healthy". It's debatable if this is even a healthier choice from white rice and lean ground beef, with all its grease/fat rendered out. She's a beautiful woman, but she seems to be too concerned with calories, which is why (kindly put) her diets are not optimal. Calories are NOT the enemy… you burn calories off easily… the enemy is bad fats. Raw olive oil is a good fat, cooked olive oil is a bad fat. (Just like good cholesterol vs bad cholesterol)

The starting smoke point for olive oil is between only 325-350 degrees Fahrenheit and completely burned at 400-410 degrees. When an olive oil reaches its smoke (burn) point it changes molecularly into a carcinogenic. There will be conflicting arguments (ok and not ok) about this topic. Cook with a higher smoke point oil (neutral flavor avocado oil has a 510-520 degree smoke point) and if you want that olive oil taste, just drizzle a small amount over your finished food.

The more the food is processed, the less health benefits it has. I'm unfamiliar with her cauliflower rice, so I couldn't check the ingredients and manufacturing process, but I'm reasonably sure it would be highly processed.

I have nearly 40 years of experience in cooking and Hot/Rest management… I know what I'm talking about.

They look delicious 😋 I'm wondering why tho, the cauliflower needs precooked? Seems like 55 mins in oven would cook it enough? Love it when you show up with a recipe 🥰

Looks lovely but your mom didn't use cauliflower rice, did she? Or did she make these later in life? Harrison Ford's chef son, Ben invented it in 1998 so it's only 25 years old. I'm sure stuffed cabbage is a lot older though. Just curious.
