The produce company that ships to me has been sending smaller deformed bell peppers that are not stuffable. This recipe will work perfectly for me! Thanks, Becky! I'm a 70 year old widow living alone. Not a lot of people around me in this neighborhood that I would want in my home. Trust me on that! So, your idea of a small dinner group won't work for me. But I'm okay with being alone. Done that since my hubby died 12 years ago. The lockdowns only enforced that lifestyle. Just me, my fur babies and the Lord. The holidays are the hardest for me but I survive. 😇🙏❤

Looks delicious. The usage of beans sounds good. If using canned beans how much would you use to substitute for the beef?. We have opened our church using cdc guidelines believing and trusting God for protection. Blessings

Yup peppers WILL be double lol. Caught that ;). I’m SO doing this. My folks grow “gypsy peppers”-a sweet bell type. Seeds came from a Serbian neighbor in the 70’s! Now grown in Georgia 💜. Yum yum yummy!!!!

I guess everyone has written in and told you that the water to rice ratio is 2 to 1. You said that one cup of long grain rice would make 4 cups of rice. You must have been thinking of Grits. lol But loved your video anyway.

Here is the New World Translation, Hebrews 10:24 & 25. (24) And let us consider one another so as to incite to love and fine works, (25) not forsaking our meeting together, as some have the custom, but encouraging one another, and all the more so as you see the day drawing near.

I will definitely be making this!! Also I want you to know that your videos are so special to me, in so many ways! I am from NC but have lived in Fl for almost 9yrs. When I watch your channel it feels like home and what you are teaching people that didn't get a chance to "grow up like we did" is so needed in today's society! Let's not forget the fact that you doing this while bringing God's word into everything you do, is …….well the perfect example of a good Godly woman!! I inspire to be that! Keep up the good work and amazing videos and God bless in all you do!! 💜🙏

    Hi Becky ~
You are SUCH a blessing ~ in SO many ways!
Just wonderin' if you might give an old woman some Safety Advice! I'm in my 9th decade and things have changed SO much over all the years!
I have "tons" of my home-grown peppers in my freezer along with NOT home-grown hamburger! (Different packages, of course! HA!) Just wonderin' how long you think they'd be "safe" for consumption. It's just me so I'm not concerned about makin' kids sick!
My freezer is within a Very Safe Range, so that's not of concern.
Thank you so much for your input.

Hi Becky, my grandma used to make this for me when I was a little girl. She recently found your channel after we got her a Roku tv and showed her YouTube on it. She bought your cookbook a couple of months ago.
Unfortunately, she got ill recently and is now in hospice. We won't have her with us much longer. I just wanted to thank you for giving her a little joy in the short time she knew you. It makes my heart happy to know she would sit in her chair in her apartment and watch your videos and call me to tell me about them. I will continue to watch your videos for her when she is gone. 🙏♥️

Miss Becky, I'm afraid the Amazon page does not function at the moment. If you could put the link in when you have time, that would be wonderful. Thank you for the great video as always.
