I really liked your video. Though, I was concerned about the bloody thumb – I kept following it thinking "that is a bloody finger, right?" Glad you cleared up the confusion – now tell us how it happened, Lol.
One suggestion: The music was too loud and the too fast for the video – I liked your video overall but the music made me annoyed as it was trying to be a video by itself.
I am going to check out your book online because I have Celiac Disease and it sounds like your channel is geared towards gluten-free (first-time viewer here). I also like cooking with a slow cooker too.
