Keebler makes fudge stripes that are similar to the thanks-a-lots but with additional chocolate on top! I like the storebrand version better (not sure if walmart or aldi version) because it is thinner and snappier texture. Perfect for milk dipping.
I used to be a Girl Scout and my younger sister is one. I'm pretty sure we used to have thanks alot from LBB. I'm from Ohio.
I grew up with the Little Brownie Bakers' cookies. I don't think I'd want a minty-er Thin Mint. I'm in Western Pennsylvania.
I know people love Thin Mints but for me it tastes too much like toothpaste.
I'm stuffed!
Walmart has some great dupes great value brands
Man, I wish they still made Savannah smiles. The lemonades just aren't nearly as good.
Ugh, I always feel like those poor girls are being exploited when the adults take them around to sell those cookies. Very tiny amount of actual profit goes to the troop. Maybe it would be better just to write a check to the troop if you want to support the other things the Girl Scouts do. Having kids sell cookies is not very high on the list.
I never knew there were so many dupes of thin mints 😍 thank you for your research Emmy
So. Much. Fomo.
Eating my Girl Scout cookies watching you! 🍪 I have Little Brownies Bakers 😋
Are you still farming mealworms??
When I was a girlscout we sold from LBB, but I feel lucky to live in a place with ABC bakers because they have several vegan options! My favourites are the thanks-a-lots, though my local girlscout troupe told me theyre being discontinued this year 😔
I wonder what Emmy does with all those cookies after trying them out. Does she keep them and slowly munch on them or does she give them away to someone else?
Pro tip from a previous Girl Scout camp counselor, the Thanks a lots are GREAT for making s’mores. We used them at camp all of the time.
As far as I’m concerned, there is NEVER enough mint flavor in things that are mint flavored. I LOVE MINT!!!!
Where are your Kids? Thay would be good cookie tasters!!!
I love that you teach out how different factories are used! As a lifelong Girl Scout, I appreciate that 🙂
Girl scout cookies are death cookies
Отправте все виды печенья 🍪 в Китай хоть 5 000 000 пять миллиона тонн мы твои деньги отдадим
Dollar tree actually owns family dollar so that may be why the two cookies were so similar
First time I've heard the adjective "short" that way. Interesting. I like that. I think we may get LBB out here (link to map seems to be dead, though). The ABC thin mints look better. My faves are Tagalongs.
Actually, if you need a girl scout fix, find your local office because they usually have them outside of the season. Support the girl scouts all year round! 😁 They don’t sell from the office during cookie season. I used to work across the street from our local office and my office would send me over to get the goods!!
I wish my job was to eat cookies for people.
Im a keebler grasshoppers fanatic. They taste like thin mints tasted in the memories of my childhood!
I do wish they were dark chocolate coated, but the texture and concentration of mintiness feels right. Current thin mints are weirdly soft and crumble like dust!
