My favorite new kitchen appliance.>>>ur2.pl/1046 Between this and my air fryer you practically can cook everything. I love that you can sear meat and then pressure cook it rather that dirty another pan searing and adding to a crock pot. I have already given out many as gifts. It’s the perfect wedding, new baby, and off to college gift!

This is a perfect video. I have both a 3 and 6 quart. I however only need the 3 quart IP. I originally bought it for yogurt only. I cook differently for myself because of health, and all I need is the 3 quart. Can you suggest a mini cookbook? or at least a cheat sheet with all your measurements.

This is hands down, the best review I have found for this product. Thank you so much for taking the guess work out of this purchase for me. I look forward to following you and learning how to maximize use of my new IP.

hi there, great review. I am checking out Duo Mini if size would suit me. Your video is very concise, all the right info, without necessary tasting demonstrations, lol.

Thank you for the incredibly helpful video. I usually never click on videos from people I don’t know, but your description on the Two Sleevers blog of “no chitchat” sold me. I appreciate it!

Great review. Near the end you said that it doesn't self-seal, so you can't be absent minded like I am….what did you mean? I'm interested in the product but there safety concerns?

Thank you so much for an informative, thorough review. I purchased an IP Mini Duo, followed your blog, and pre-ordered your cookbook. One of my husband's friends at work (and his wife) are lovers of Indian cuisine. I pre-ordered your book because I enjoy your videos and blog, and thought I'd expand my horizons. I just learned that they are considering a pressure cooker. I promptly decided to purchase the Kindle version for myself and send them the paperback when it arrives. I was very excited to see you are offering a promotional price as a "matchbook", Done! Thank you! I will be referring them to your site for recipes and reviews when I send them your cookbook.

What about a 6.7" wide egg rack, like a steamer tray but with holes in it to make eggs? It's under 2" tall, so that direction should be fine, but the width is a concern.

You don't need the space like for PIP cooking, it just needs to fit in the pot.

That's the only item I use in the DUO60 that I'm not sure if it will or won't fit in the Mini.

Does anyone know if they have discontinued making the 3 quart. It is not on the instant pot web site, nor are any replacement parts shown there. Would hate to buy something I couldn't get new silicone gasket, etc for. Thanks

Thank you so much. I was really trying to find information on how much food the mini could actually cook and your video really helped. When you talked about cooking beans, would presoaking 2 cups beans overnight change the amount you end up putting in the pot to cook (in others words, would you re-measure out 2 cups of the soaked beans)? Thank you. Trying to decide on a 3 qt or 6 qt.
