    Hi,
    Another version of this is made with curds.

    To the ghee tempering add cumin seeds, asafoetida and then follow with garlic, green chillies etc same as in the video.

    Instead of adding vinegar , let the rice cool down a bit. Then add curds. Toss and top with fresh coriander leaves chopped fine.

    I want to tell everyone about Jesus! I have Jesus as my Saviour and I want to make sure you do before you die and leave this earth.
