Dude, what the H is Goya adobe, and what can be substituted for it? I can't say as I've ever seen this at the local grocers, but that does look delish, just wish I could have made it, but without a substitute I'll have to go fish, lol.

I fully agree, turkey necks, and turkey in general is an underrated meat. (we eat it year around here). The necks are succulent! Wow, those are some thick necks you got…..dinosaur turkeys! Fish sauce is an excellent flavoring. Beautifully falling off the bones…so delicious looking. I'd serve this over buttered Basmati rice and my wife and I are in heaven! We have a deal when we roast a turkey; she gets the giblets and I get the neck….works out perfectly every time. Hey, love your shirt too, Kevin. Flamingos are my favorite bird!

1.79 a pound! So cheap. I don't think I have ever had turkey neck before. What is Goya btw? Cinnamon and cloves are the secret ingredients huh? 🔥🔥 Looks juicy and yummy. I typically don't eat much turkey cuz of the toughness but this looks.. like.. Ox tail as you said.

Hey Kevin, you're making me hungry! I've never tried turkey neck, and after watching this I'll definitely need to find some to cook up. They came out beautifully tender, and love your flavor profile with the choice of seasonings you have going on! Thank you for this great share!
