I definitly need to try this! I love mexican-inspired foods – I feel like I could eat them everyday 😄. I usually buy the veggie ground 'meat' at the grocery store but it is so processed. I love that this is made from whole foods 💚
So glad to see a meat substitute recipe without using tofu since I found out recently that I'm allergic to soy and all soy products. We'll definitely give it a try!
